Our Wine
Without any doubt, the Riesling variety is the most noble and famous white wine grape in the world. Its berries are small, almost unassuming, and they get ripe only very late in the year – often not before November. The Riesling belongs to the oldest grape varieties and has established the good reputation of the Ruwer wines.
Therefore we cultivate almost exclusively Riesling vines in our estate. The Riesling wines made in our winery are characteristic and typical of the Ruwer region, for the most part processed as “dry” or “semi-dry” wines. Their taste is particularly fruity and extra classy. We stand for clean, clearly structured wines characterized by fruity acids, bottled at the ideal point in time thanks to our most modern and gentle cellar technologies.
